Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects, ensuring a seamless transition from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver innovative and cost-effective design solutions.
• Manage and mentor a team, fostering an atmosphere of respect and growth.
• Maintain high standards in producing visuals and VR experiences, enhancing client presentations and project pitches.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Revit with at least 2-3 years of full-time experience.
• Familiarity with Enscape or other comparable 3D rendering software.
• A thorough understanding of construction principles and UK residential planning regulations.
• Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with a diverse range of clients and team members.
