The Brief

Victorian Apartment Renovation, Clifton

Set within a beautiful Victorian townhouse in Clifton, this apartment was full of character but no longer suited the way its owners wanted to live. The existing layout felt disconnected, with separate rooms limiting the flow between spaces.

Our brief was to reimagine the home with a more open, contemporary layout, creating generous living spaces, a luxurious master bedroom with ensuite and improved storage, whilst carefully preserving the period features that give the property its charm.

The Transformation

Through a thoughtful reconfiguration, the apartment has been transformed into a bright and elegant home designed for modern living. A spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area now forms the heart of the property, while the new master bedroom provides a calm retreat with its own ensuite.

Original sash windows, fireplaces and decorative detailing have been carefully retained, complemented by bespoke joinery, contemporary finishes and upgraded services throughout. The result is a home that balances Victorian character with the comfort and functionality of modern family life.
