The Brief

Home Renovation & Kitchen extension, Westbury Park

The clients approached us to undertake a comprehensive refurbishment of their period property, with the aim of creating a modern, high-spec family home while improving layout, functionality, and overall flow. The proposals included the partial demolition of the existing rear outrigger, a new side and rear ground floor extension, and the addition of a second-floor dormer, all delivered in line with approved planning permission. The brief also required a full internal reconfiguration, incorporating new kitchen, utility and bathroom layouts, alongside upgraded services and finishes throughout.

The Transformation

We delivered a carefully considered design and build solution that reimagined the layout across all levels, creating a bright, open-plan ground floor centred around a new kitchen and living space with direct access to the garden. The addition of a side and rear extension, along with a new dormer, allowed us to maximise both space and natural light, while a full internal reconfiguration ensured a seamless flow and high-quality finish throughout, tailored to modern family living.
