The Brief

Flat Renovation, Clifton

The clients approached us to reimagine their flat into a contemporary, high-spec home with improved layout, light, and overall functionality. The brief centred around creating an open-plan kitchen, dining and living space, alongside a full internal refurbishment to modernise the interiors and enhance day-to-day living.

The Transformation

We delivered a carefully considered design and build solution that reconfigured the layout to create a bright, open-plan living space at the heart of the home. By introducing a bespoke mezzanine within one of the bedrooms, we were able to maximise the available volume and add a unique, functional feature, while the overall refurbishment brought a cohesive, contemporary finish throughout, tailored to modern living.
